Layout through punch-list, here's how we build the skeleton of your space.

Layout & Plate Work
Snap chalk lines, set top and bottom plates, mark stud locations for a true, level start.

Stud Install
Studs cut to exact height, nailed or screwed at 16" on center, plumbed and in-plane.

Headers & Openings
Proper header sizing for doors and windows, king and jack studs, cripples, and rough openings cut to spec.

Blocking & Backing
Solid blocking installed for cabinets, TVs, grab bars, handrails — so trades after us have something to hit.

Fire & Acoustic Details
Fire caulk, sound insulation, and draft-stopping details installed where code or comfort calls for it.
